On the basis of the steady operation of spot listed trading, we and Rizhao Commodity Trading Center actively launched a new trading model of "CPE futures trading" under the premise of controllable risks. This model ADAPTS to the diversified and personalized needs of market participants, constantly improves the functions of pricing, hedging and investment, and improves market efficiency.
"CPE Futures Trading" participants are corporate customers and natural person customers. A forward contract with a specific expiration date (90 days from the date of settlement). The customer issues the trading order through the trading system, pays the performance deposit, and signs the electronic contract with a fixed maturity date (expires after 90 days from now, and the contract expiration date is different in different trading days) after the transaction.
Customers have the following options:
1. Transfer the contract on the day of transaction to gain the price difference;
2. Transfer the contract on a certain day (not the same day) after the transaction to obtain the spread income, because the contract held and the contract generated on the date of expiration is different, need to be adjusted by the franchised dealer settlement;
3. Before the due date, apply for early settlement (transfer settlement), and the licensed service provider will settle the settlement on behalf of the contract;
4. Hold the contract until the due date.
